Booking, Cancellation & Weather Policy

Elysian Hills

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are non-refundable.
Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable to another date, event, or experience.

Full payment is required as outlined at the time of booking. Confirmation of payment constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made by guests for any reason — including but not limited to change of plans, illness, travel disruption, or weather preference — are non-refundable.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another date, event, or experience.

Changes to drink upgrades or add-ons must be made by Sunday, 8 February 2026, are subject to availability, and do not alter the non-refundable nature of the booking.

Weather Policy

Elysian Hills is an outdoor and semi-outdoor venue. By proceeding with a booking, guests acknowledge and accept that weather conditions form part of the experience.

Elysian Hills has a covered all-weather option available.
The availability of this covered space means that events will proceed in wet or inclement weather, including rain.

Rain, light wind, cloud cover, cooler temperatures, or general weather discomfort do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling.

In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, where the event cannot reasonably or safely proceed (as determined solely by Elysian Hills), Elysian Hills reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to:

• offer a rescheduled date, or

• provide a credit to the value of the booking, to be used toward a future experience or booking.

Refunds will only be considered where the event is cancelled by Elysian Hills and cannot reasonably be rescheduled.

Force Majeure

Elysian Hills shall not be responsible or liable, nor provide any refund, for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• acts of God or nature (including extreme weather events)

• floods, fires, storms or natural disasters

• pandemics or public health orders

• acts of war, terrorism, civil or military disturbance

• strikes or industrial action

• government restrictions, directives or bans

• interruptions or failures of utilities, communications, or computer (software or hardware) systems

No responsibility or refunds will be provided based on the description, condition, or perceived suitability of the premises, services, furnishings, buildings, or grounds.
