The Experience
Guests will arrive from 1:30pm, with lunch commencing at 1:45pm. The menu will be served as a shared dining experience, beginning with chef’s snacks on arrival and unfolding across multiple dishes that showcase seasonal produce, paddock-to-plate cooking, and premium ingredients sourced from across The Hinterland Collection.
A highlight of the menu is Bellingdale Beef, raised locally and sustainably as part of our wider Collection — a true expression of provenance, care and quality — alongside seasonal ingredients harvested from the Potager garden.

A three-hour drinks package is available as an optional add-on for $80 per person, thoughtfully curated to elevate the long lunch experience.
Stay the Night
Pair your Long Lunch with accommodation and settle in for a relaxed weekend escape, without the need to travel home. Guests can choose from a range of accommodation options across The Hinterland Collection, including on-site villas at Summergrove Estate, guest rooms at Elysian Hills, Potager House, and Cascade Springs.
For added ease, a complimentary shuttle service will operate between participating properties.
All guests are eligible for 10% off accommodation and will receive a unique discount code upon confirmation of ticket purchase.
Room service and picnic options may also be available throughout this period for overnight guests, subject to availability.
